COURSE DESCRIPTION

The Diploma in Electrician & Domestic Appliances Maintenance (D.E.D.A.M.) is designed to equip students with the knowledge and practical skills required in the installation, operation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and domestic appliances. The programme emphasizes hands-on training in electrical wiring, safety practices, testing, fault diagnosis, and the maintenance of household electrical equipment such as fans, mixers, refrigerators, washing machines, water heaters, and other appliances. Students also develop essential skills in troubleshooting, customer service, entrepreneurship, workplace safety, and professional ethics, preparing them for employment as well as self-employment in the electrical and appliance service sector.
